1. PAYING BRIBES:   AFP Police -- Bribing Witnesses... in Court proceedings    In yet another Court case held in Queensland, during December 2009, the Australian Federal Police have again acted corruptly, criminally, with impunity. And Federal Labor continues to do nothing to abolish the criminal agency, the criminals.

The Australian Federal Police have paid moneys, of about $150,000.00 altogether to the family and the main witness who was allegedly to testify against the accused: a former Attorney General of the Solomon Islands.

The Queensland judge in the case dismissed the charges against the former Attorney General, adding that the payments "... brought the administration of justice into disrepute," was an "... affront to the public conscience," and raised "... questions about the integrity of the administration of the Australian justice system." The payments made by the Australian Federal Police were of "... great concern" and undermined the court, said the judge.

The above were strong severe words said against the Australian Federal Police.

The Australian Federal Police are not just undermining the court, but also criminalising the character of the country, degrading it. The Australian Federal Police are a criminal, satanical organisation. Killers. They have also set up a system of police informers within Neighbourhood Watch as their horde of the Antichrist.

At a recent federal Parliamentary inquiry into the integrity of law enforcement agencies, the Australian Federal Police admitted openly that they did not know what corruption was. All this is in the public record.

By its silence, the Federal Labor government is complicit, otherwise it would have taken action to stop the criminality of the Australian Federal Police, a criminal undertaking without confines and getting heaps of money from Federal Labor to the tune of about $A1 billion a year, that we know about.

Within the Australian Federal Police, there is an uncountable elite-power cell called, the "1979 Club", whose secret members wield extraordinary power, are untouchable, and obviously function as a fraternity.

2. Fabricating Evidence... the devils in the Australian Federal Police strike again.    During November 2009, news came out of Queensland that the devils in the Australian Federal Police had struck again with their deadly poison, with fabricated evidence: lies, lies.  "Hissssss... Hissssss..." utters the slithering slimy Snake!  In response.  "Hissssss... Hissssss..."

In 2006, a Queensland pilot was wrongly convicted and sent to jail on the basis of fabricated evidence concocted by the Australian Federal Police. The Queensland Court of Appeal has recently quashed that conviction. Quashed it. End of story. The guy was innocent, innocently convicted. He is now free, though his psychological wounds remain.

Valid documents were always available that would have exonerated the guy from the beginning, but the lying hyenas, the satanic monsters at the Australian Federal Police said that they did not exist. It was a horrid lie. A cruel, satanic lie!

The innocent Queensland pilot has spent considerable time in jail for something he did not do, and his infant daughter died from lack of medical treatment, because his bank account was frozen by the heinous Australian Federal Police and so his wife could not access the moneys needed in order to pay for the medical treatment of their infant daughter.

All this has the similar hallmarks in relation to the fabrication of evidence inflicted upon Mohamed Hanef, replayed, with similar wanton cruelty and criminality on the part of the Australian Federal Police, base killers who make the mafia look like rank amateurs.

What a bunch of devils are these Australian Federal Police, a criminal undertaking, monsters beyond belief, unparalleled in the history of Australia.

"Hissssss... Hissssss..." again utters the slithering slimy Snake, in defiance, coiling itself around and around, getting ready to strike and devour yet another innocent victim!

If the Federal Labor Government does nothing about the rampant criminality and killers in the Australian Federal Police and abolish it, then one perforce has to wonder about the fitness and propriety of the current incumbents to remain in office.

Clearly, the Federal Labor Government should be dismissed, covert media censorship lifted, the people told the truth, and fresh elections held.

The Australian Federal Police send innocent people to the disgrace of jail, so that they may secure convictions and thereby justify their continued existence and the enormous $A1 billion in funding they get a year.

But Saint Padre Pio once said:

"Do not disturb your soul at the sad spectacle of human injustice .... One day you will see the inevitable triumph of Divine Justice over it."

3. Neighbourhood Watch... nests of snakes and vipers ??   The devils' playground, the fertile recruitment ground where the Australian Federal Police devils ensnare their disciples to inflict Mobbing and Flash Mobbing on innocent victims, is some of the various Neighbourhood Watch dens around the country, in some of the suburbs, as their horde of the Antichrist. They even use pregnant women and children, and the elderly and disabled as police operatives.

Some of those dens have become nests of virulent snakes and vipers, loving their satanic juice, on the watch ever ready to bite their poison into their unsuspecting neighbours. Neighbours dobbing in their neighbours. Neighbours injuring neighbours. Un-Australian??  Not any more. This is now part and parcel of Australian culture. People pretending to be friends in order to betray innocent victims. Settling old scores, revenge or offence, or just plain pleasure.

Snakes slithering silently in the shadows, in the night, waiting to strike anywhere.

Neighbourhood Watch has been set up by the Australian Federal Police, a heinous criminal undertaking, the most corrupt and criminally tainted agency in Australia. Criminals policing Australia. So it's hardly surprising that those detestable criminals corrupt and rot whatever they touch. They get about $A1 billion funding a year, that we know about, to do these sorts of things.

The devils and their disciples are using Mobbing and Flash Mobbing to harass and torture people, in order to force them to commit suicide, a kill, killers, and therefore are complicit in killing.

But God's fifth Commandment still stands: "Thou shalt not kill."

4. Australian Federal Police Sacrilege... inside St. Benedict's Catholic church, Sydney.    The adjacent image is a video still of yet another alleged sacrilege by the Australian Federal Police, this time inside the Catholic Christian church of St Benedict, Sydney, Australia.

In December 2009, as Joseph was walking out of St. Benedict's church, the alleged federal police agent in the adjacent image turned around, bend down, and aimed his bottom at Joseph, as the police agent's symbol of anti-Christianity and disrespect. All this was done inside the church: a sacrilegious act.

I doubt that the alleged police agent was a Christian, at least not a truly practising one.

Woe to the police agent and to all the others responsible for disrespecting the sanctity of the house of the Lord and additionally if they should die unrepentant and unforgiven by God.

5. Anti-Christianity continues... by Australian Federal Police.    Anti-Christianity by the Australian Federal Police continues, unabated. But it continues, unabated, with tacit Federal Labor approval, otherwise it would stop.

In the adjacent image, the sign on the prison van reads:

Father Chris Riley's Youth off the Streets.

The signage on the prison van purports to convey the idea that the disadvantaged homeless youths that Father Chris lovingly cares for, are done so by carting them off as criminals to prison. The van is a fortified prison van, to convey carting off dangerous criminals to prison. And all those responsible for this sacrilegious stunt, to disparage the wonderful work done by Father Chris for the youth off the streets, are nothing but contemptible low-life, offspring of devils.

But there's more.  On 11 April 2009, at the Holy Spirit church at the 7.00 p.m. Easter Vigil Mass, the Australian Federal Police stationed a noisy motor bike nearby, disrupting the services and making the priest's words inside the church barely audible.

6. Police Entrapment... AFP encouraging criminality ???    In Australia, unlike in the United States, the police and other law enforcement agencies are able to trick, in certain respects, innocents to commit crimes and then apprehend and charge them.

In legal terms, this is called entrapment. It is wrong, and cannot be justified in a democratic society

The issues of police entrapment were brought to the fore in a decided case in the High Court of Australia. Those who may wish to gain further particulars can do so by studying in greater detail the decided case in the matter: Ridgeway v. the Queen. In the upshot, as there were also two other grounds in the appeal besides entrapment, the Court quashed the conviction and granted a permanent stay of prosecution. So, because of these two other grounds of appeal, the case is not altogether clear. I understand that there has also been some legislative amendment as well, in consequence.

But one of the judges in the case said the following about entrapment:

"In a society predicated on respect for the dignity and rights of individuals, noble ends cannot justify ignoble means ... No government in a democratic state has an unlimited right to test the virtue of its citizens. Testing the integrity of citizens can quickly become a tool of political oppression, an instrument for creating a police state mentality."

Guess what? The Australian Federal Police were behind this racket. The offence was created artificially by alleged police misconduct, and in the process they had also committed serious offences pursuant to the Customs Act 1901. The police were actually involved in the illegal importation of heroin into Australia, got it through Australian Customs illegally, and so were technically drug traffickers and therefore liable to prosecution as drug traffickers.

7. Other Criminality, Corruption... committed by the Australian Federal Police.    There are numerous other instances of criminality, corruption, and other serious misconduct committed by the Australian Federal Police, gangsters with police badges.

Some of the instances that immediately come to mind, in which the Australian Federal Police have acted criminally, corruptly, are in the following cases:

1. When Indian doctor Mohamed Hanef was arrested, jailed, and prosecuted with no evidence.
   The Australian Federal Police even attacked Mr Hanef's lawyers, in a then obvious attempt to prevent Mr Hanef from defending himself with proper legal representation, so that, thereby, he could have been more easily convicted with no evidence. Had the Australian Federal Police succeeded in denying legal representation for Mr Hanef, it would have been impossible for him to defend himself from within a jail cell with no lawyers. There was also the subsequent Clarke Inquiry in this case, that published a report which fully exonerated Mr Hanef, and discredited the Australian Federal Police.
    
2. When a Sydney medical student was kidnapped, detained unlawfully, and taken to a secluded park land where he was covertly threatened with physical harm.
   His civil rights were abused, and his parent's home trespassed. The case against the student was later dismissed by the relevant Court.
    
3. When the Bali 9 Australian drug traffickers were manoeuvred in order for them to be arrested and jailed in Bali, Indonesia, so that, there, allegedly they might have been subjected to the death penalty.
   The Australian Federal Police even tried to harass the Indonesian lawyer who was representing the Bali 9 Australians, in an attempt to pervert the course of justice even there, in Indonesia.
    
4. When, in 2008, in the annual report presented to federal Parliament by the Australian Federal Police, showed that there had been, over the year, over 1,000 complaints lodged with the Australian Federal Police.
   This is on the public record and, of these over 1,000 complaints, 420 of them were actually made by federal police officers themselves, against their own police colleagues. There were many allegations made in the complaints, including criminal conduct, corruption, giving false statements, drug misconduct, intimidation, inappropriate behaviour, misuse of information, firing weapons, and breach of code of conduct. It's pretty laughable that they have a code of conduct.
    
5. When many officers from the disbanded Narcotics Bureau joined the Australian Federal Police, and when some officers from the Australian Federal Police then went on to join other law enforcement agencies.
   In the late 1970s, owing to allegations of criminality, corruption, and serious misconduct revealed in consequence of the Stewart Royal Commission, the then Narcotics Bureau got disbanded. But many officers from the Narcotics Bureau then went on to join the Australian Federal Police, where presumably they are still employed and high up in the ranks. It is not known precisely to what extent they then corrupted and criminalised the Australian Federal Police, as well as other law enforcement agencies which may have accepted officers from both of the latter two criminal, corrupt agencies.
    
6. When, in 2008, while employed in the top ranks of another law enforcement agency, a former top police officer of the Australian Federal Police was arrested and jailed on allegations of massive drug trafficking.
   The outcome of this is presently unknown.
    
7. When, in 2009, in a federal Parliamentary inquiry on the integrity of law enforcement agencies, the Australian Federal Police actually admitted in public that they did not know what corruption was.
   The outcome of this is presently unknown. The Australian Federal Police have admitted in public that they do not know what corruption is. The word "corruption" is increasingly being used, these days, as an euphemism for criminality.
    
8. When in Canberra, the mysterious and secret "1979 Club" fraternity came to light, that resulted in an innocent victim being convicted by a federal police officer, who is affectionately usually called by his police colleagues as:  "Animal."
   Presumably, he is now well up in the police ranks.
    
9. When a contractor, who worked for the Australian Federal Police, was also engaged to do expensive additions to the private home of a top police officer.
   The real outcome of this is presently unknown. The Australian Federal Police do not know what corruption is.
    
10. When the Wood Royal Commission, the Harrison Inquiry, and the Bishop Inquiry appear to have resulted in countless Australian Federal Police officers being either dismissed or transferred.
    The reports from the latter two inquiries seem never to have been released to the public.
     
11. And finally, there is the case involving Joseph, who is being persecuted, framed, maltreated, tortured, humiliated, inflicted with inhumanity, and denied recourse to the Courts and justice by the Australian Federal Police.
    Because Joseph is a newspaper proprietor, he continues to be persecuted and hurt by the Australian Federal Police, who will not serve him nor give him a copy of the secret Court orders that they have against him, so as to prevent him from challenging and appealing them. Without a copy of those secret Court orders, Joseph cannot challenge and appeal them, and so those secret Court orders continue to have effect, in persecuting and hurting him relentlessly without any evidence, and without any wrongdoing on his part.

According to reliable sources, there are many ex-police officers who would be willing to give evidence on the criminality and corruption within the Australian Federal Police, if a proper and independent Royal Commission inquiry were to be held.
