1. Police Persecution, Barbarism, Inhumanity, Tortures... of Joseph Costa, beneficial owner.    It is this newspaper's deductive conclusion, that one of the primary objectives of the Australian Federal Police has been to attempt to shut up Joseph Costa, the beneficial owner of this company which owns and publishes the newspaper on this website, inside his own home, with closed windows and doors, by making it very painful to him to venture or step outside, physically, mentally, and financially, especially with his personal, religious, and business interactions. If the Australian Federal Police were to succeed in achieving this wickedness by their relentless inflicting extreme pain, barbarity, inhumanity, brutality, and tortures on him, then they would be able to go to the Mental Health Tribunal without his presence, without his defence, without his knowledge, in secret, and then allege falsely, pervertedly criminally, that he had shut himself up of his own accord in his own home, from the rest of the world, and therefore allegedly had a mental illness.

So far, the Australian Federal Police have not yet succeed with their ongoing wickedness, thanks to Jesus, as he has so far been able to tolerate all the diverse pain, suffering, tortures, barbarity, and other inhumanity they have inflicted on him.

In that way, if they were to succeed with their wicked aims, then the Australian Federal Police, or their operatives, would then strip him of all his rights, take direct legal control over him, his company, and then shut down or censor this online newspaper, which seems to have had a worldwide circulation of about 38 million during 2008 and growing, and obviously has had influence, and which has evidently upset someone with mighty powers to corrupt and pervert the course of justice, to commit crimes against humanity with impunity.

Neither the Australian Federal Police, nor the secret Court in Canberra which is a Star Chamber, want to give Joseph Costa a copy of the Court papers, and of the grounds used (if any), in order to enable him to challenge the secret Court orders which have authorised the Police tortures, barbarity, brutality, and inhumanity against him. But it's even worse, as they have expressly denied that the secret Court orders exist, thereby thwarting his being able to challenge them in a fair and open Court, if such a Court can now exist for these issues.

It is suspected that the main reason for wanting to destroy Joseph Costa, is that this newspaper publishes traditional Catholic Christian articles, which the Australian Federal Police do not want, their not wanting without the approval of the Australian people, and without the approval of the Australian Federal Parliament. The Australian Federal Police have no express authority from the people to remove Christianity from Australia, but they are doing so by covert brute force. They have already done so by removing many Christian symbols from many public places and agencies.

It seems that the Australian Federal Police have taken it solely upon themselves to make Australia a non-Christian country, a country without God. They can hardly admit this sacrilege to the Australian people, who are mostly majority Christian and who would be outraged if they knew. Many know but cannot do anything about it, as both major political parties may have given their tacit approval to the sacrilege and barbarity.

But without the prior express approval of the Australian Federal Labor Government, the Australian Federal Police would not have attempted to destroy Joseph Costa, the beneficial owner of this newspaper, and to attempt to shut down or censor this online newspaper. What may happen in future is that Joseph Costa would be destroyed, removed altogether from this newspaper, and then new 'government-line' writers called in to fool the public that nothing had changed. Nearly all communications to and from this newspaper, and to and from Joseph, are being intercepted or stopped or censured by the Police.

In summary, they want to hurt the newspaper by hurting Joseph - physically, mentally, and financially.

2. Details of Tortures Inflicted On Joseph Costa.   The following details how Joseph is being persecuted. The list of tortures, barbarity, brutality, and inhumanity inflicted by the Australian Federal Police, the gangsters with police badges, or by their scumbag Community Relations Agents upon Joseph Costa, is as follows --

(Not all can be proven, but they are the truth)

1.    Attempting to contaminate Joseph's food, and re-arranging the drinking water pipes and other plumbing around Joseph's home, so as to contaminate or poison his drinking water, to make him sick, and thereafter claim that he had died naturally from sickness [see the adjacent image].

2.    Breaking and entering into his home repeatedly while he is away, contaminating his food and water and other liquids, and planting rotten food with his other food. And mucking up his files, religious items, and his other possessions, even dirtying his refrigerator and some contents inside.

3.    Regularly rummaging through Joseph's most private and intimate personal effects, such as his underpants, T-shirts, bed linen, pillow coverings, pillow, bed, blankets, towels, shirts, toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss, tissues, and so on. Sabotaging his computer, storage devices, printer, clock radios – all this done when he is well away from his home.

4.    Slowly damaging some of his personal effects and property, e.g. slowly scratching the edges of his Bible and making it appear as wear and tear when not so, and also damaging another holy book; scratching the plastic lens of his computer spectacles, uplifting tiles in his kitchen walls and balcony floor; creasing and bending over the edges of his printing paper; tearing some of the clothes he uses, tearing away the plastic strips from his clothes hoist, stretching the elasticity of his underwear and tops of T-shirts, and so on, and on.

5.    Desecrating his Bible, other holy books, and piety items. Changing his book markers in the books and putting them out of place from where he had left them. Putting one of his hairs as a book marker in his Bible.

6.    Having people come close to him with obscenities and with blasphemous words against Jesus written on their T-shirts or their vehicle.

7.    Waging psychological warfare on Joseph, by such measures as placing him under 24 hour video surveillance and stalking in relays, installing surveillance equipment in front of and at the back of his home, by repeatedly taking his photograph and video, by pursuing him everywhere like hunted prey especially with video mobile phones or cameras, by contaminating the food and drink wherever he eats or procures his groceries, and by using any other means to make his life as unpleasant and tormented and miserable as possible, even in churches, even molesting him and disrespecting him inside churches during services, while his attending Holy Mass [see the adjacent image].

8.    Shining light beams directly at Joseph's eyes when he is outside his home, or at other places, in an attempt to blind him.

9.    Spewing garbage, rubbish, and broken glass on his driveway or walkways.

10.    Placing a dead rotting bird on the electricity line in front of his home.

11.    Driving noisy trucks and other rickety vehicles, all day long, up and down the road where he lives, many times even late at night and very early morning in order to deprive him of sleep.

12.    Massively invading his privacy, and even allowing and encouraging children and juveniles to mock him, with the sadistic smile and joy and approbation of their police-informer parents, in essence using children and juveniles as human torture weapons.

13.    Getting children to crowd around him in buses and elsewhere, to covertly harass him under cover that they are children.

14.    Getting voluptuous girls, about 14-15 years, to brush very close past him in walkways, obviously to provoke a response or reaction from him.

15.    Isolating and marginalising Joseph by destroying his relationships with other people, especially turning his near neighbours and acquaintances against him, with getting them to play cruel tricks on him in secret.

16.    Getting persons, wolves in sheep's clothing, to attempt to insinuate themselves as Joseph's friends, allegedly to betray him, to bear false witness against him, or to fabricate false evidence against him. One of these even said that there many treacherous "Judas Iscariot" around. What contemptible hyenas they are!!!

17.    Draining his financial resources, sabotaging his transactions, and limiting severely to near zero his ability to work and live as other people, all of which is constructive imprisonment without trial.

18.    Denying him proper recourse to justice, denying him natural justice and human rights, and recourse to the law and lawyers. He was even harassed at the Supreme Court to prevent him from getting access to Court records, which he was thereby not able to do so.

19.    Intercepting and taking Joseph's mail and other communications, sometimes even responding impersonating the addressee, in order to pervert and ruin his actions, to pervert the course of justice.

20.    Preventing him from complaining to human rights organisations, especially to the United Nations Human Rights Council and to the International Criminal Court.

21.    Telling him that he suffers from a mental illness, so as to conceal the actual police brutality and barbarity and inhumanity and tortures as being in his imagination, in his mind, and attempting to verbal him and to put words into his mouth, to trick him into saying things he did not mean to say.

22.    Distracting and startling him into walking onto a glass wall camouflaged as an open door, to injure him.

23.    Contriving motor vehicle accidents so as to injure or assassinate Joseph. This has happened on four (4) occasions.

24.    Planting a tracking device in Joseph's car, and rummaging through the contents inside. Scratching the inside body panel, and making much worse an old small scratch on the driver's side mirror. Sometimes dirtying the inside of the car and car seats, and pulling some tufts out of the new floor mats. Denting the side roof of the car.

25.    Allowing police informers and other operatives to be insolent, offensive, belligerent, menacing, to brush past or collide physically into Joseph, to walk straight at him on the wrong side of walkways in order to provoke an altercation, to harass, and even to assault him. He has already been assaulted many times, and pushed aside roughly many times as well. He is hardly able to report the crimes to the police, who are the criminal mastermind of these crimes against humanity, brutality, barbarity. But he has reported them to NSW Police. Sometimes, some of these police operatives will walk up to him with a baby in their arms or pushing a trolley in front of them attempting to collide into him. He has also been hit with a metal chain as he walked by.

26.    He has been framed that he assaulted a police operative woman on the bus when not true, and NSW Police did not get a video of the incident when NSW police procedures were to get it in such incidents. NSW Police acted without accuser’s or witness’ statements, without evidence. He has been denied a written transcript and sound recordings of the conversations that would have proved his innocence, and of the bus video. But the bus agency did state in writing that there was no incident on the bus at the time, and hence no assault occurred.

27.    Joseph has been violently manhandled and unlawfully arrested once, humiliated and degraded in front of a crowd and forcibly imprisoned in an alleged “mental” facility for four and three quarter (4 ¾) hours, and told to mix with the lunatics, all without cause or particulars. This "mental" facility was really a covert torture facility of the Police.

28.    Planting an influenza virus in his home during the summer, an act that constituted biological warfare. Having people with influenza go near Joseph and sneeze, in order to infect him with the influenza virus.

29.    He has come to the conclusion that many of the things tampered with or touched or contaminated in his home, while he is away, have been designed to annoy him greatly, to humiliate him, to degrade him, to create a sickly feeling in him, an extreme personal violation like a rape, as what are being done, obviously having been done previously to others, constitute extreme violation of privacy of his most private possessions that he would not allow anyone to see or access or know about.

30.    Joseph has also come to the conclusion that the people whom the Australian Federal Police are using, their scumbag "Community Relations Agents", are akin to the former Red Guards of China's Chairman Mao, and to Adolph Hitler’s former storm troopers or brown shirts, the SA (Sturm Abteilung), except that, at the present time, they are not yet as severe and vicious and cruel and violent as the former SA or Red Guards. But the wicked concepts and purposes are similar – to disrupt or hurt or destroy opponents. It is they who have been colliding into him and partaking in his being tortured and tormented. Some of them have admitted to being Community Relations Agents, contemptible scumbags and hyenas doing harm to their fellow man. Many of them also belong to Neighbourhood Watch, a covert agent-organisation of the Australian Federal Police.

31.    Joseph has been denied the following rights pursuant to the UN International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which Australia ratified in 1980 –

a)    Deprivation of liberty without trial, in breach of the prohibition on arbitrary detention - Article 9(1).

b)    Deprivation of freedom of movement - Article 12.

c)    Deprivation of a fair public hearing, natural justice - Article 14(1).

d)    Deprivation of privacy - Article 17.

e)    Torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment - Article 7.

32.    Joseph has been subjected to tortures, and to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment within the meaning of the UN Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, a Convention that was ratified by Australia on 8 August 1989.

33.    The foregoing also constitutes crimes against humanity, which would be offences indictable in the International Criminal Court. Those who have actually carried out these heinous crimes, as well as those who have approved of them, would be subject to the jurisdiction of that Court.

3. Extra Judicial Killings in Australia... via Mobbing, by Police.   When people thought that there could not possibly be more human rights abuses in Australia other than those already disclosed and published, there is an even more sinister one: human Mobbing, which eventually results in the targeted victim being murdered by creating the terrorising atmosphere, fear, and other conditions whereby the selected victim targeted for murder is forcibly made to commit suicide, or his functions as a human being rendered no longer operational. Mobbing in Australia is done covertly, by covert police operatives, in order to murder covertly, which is then covered up as suicide.

The adjacent image is an example of a subliminal suggestion and command to Joseph to end all his tortures and punishments by committing suicide. As one can see, the command "suicide!" is clearly visible, highlighted, but very cleverly covered up by other smaller print words which may also be true. But the highlight is unmistakably the command, "suicide!"   "Suicide!" it is commanding Joseph, "and thereby end all the miseries and tortures and punishments that the Police are inflicting upon you."  Pretty vile, bile, diabolical stuff, eh?

The Australian Federal Police are by-passing judges and magistrates and the judicial processes, and have embarked on extra judicial killings, employing their foot-soldiers or storm troopers: the people in some of the various Neighbourhood Watch cells around the country, by using human Mobbing to kill people while appearing not to do so. Killers!

So, what exactly is Mobbing?

Mobbing comes into two forms: Mobbing, and Flash Mobbing, the latter being a derivative of the former.

The various practices employed in Mobbing have been copied from the animals, that use them as defences against their predators or enemies. But the low life animals at the Australian Federal Police, heinous satanic monsters, have now adapted and improved on those animal practices into human monstrous attacks on people, on human beings, in order to destroy the people they choose to destroy in a seemingly, covert natural way without arousing suspicions. Heinous killers!

Mobbing, then, is psychological fear and terror: emotional abuse and torture to harass and intimidate, and to eliminate the targeted person in a covert manner. The murder of such a person is consequently covered up by the Police as being dying, either from an illness or from a suicide. Look again at the adjacent image, at the subliminal suggestion and command. "Suicide!" is the command.

Eminent psychologists are the authorities on Mobbing. Some of these are as follows:

1.1  -- Mobbing is explained by an authority – by Leymann:

“… involves hostile and unethical communication which is directed in a systematic manner by one or more individuals, mainly toward one individual, who, due to mobbing, is pushed into a helpless and defenceless position and held there by means of continuing mobbing activities. These actions occur on a very frequent basis (statistical definition: at least once a week) and over a long period of time (statistical definition: at least six months´ duration). Because of the high frequency and long duration of hostile behaviour, this maltreatment results in considerable mental, psychosomatic and social misery. Thus, the definition does not focus too much on the activities themselves, but rather on the heavy mental strain. One of the side-effects of Mobbing is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder…

” … the distinction between "conflict" and "mobbing", to emphasise the concept again, does not focus on what is done or how it is done, but rather on the frequency and duration of whatever is done.

1.2   -- Mobbing is explained – by Others:

Mobbing frequently involves the use of “harassing, abusive, and often terrorising behaviours” (Davenport, Schwartz and Elliot, 1999, p. 34). Mobbing is seldom overt instead it thrives on the use of rumour, innuendo, making inappropriate jokes, and public discrediting (Davenport, Schwartz and Elliot, 1999; Namie and Namie 2000). What seems to traumatise the target the most are covert tactics used continuously and methodically. These methods often leave the target feeling as though mobbing is occurring, but without concrete evidence.

"According to Leymann (n.d.) roughly ten to twenty percent of those mobbed in his study seemed to contract a serious illnesses or committed suicide. " (Housker & Saiz)

2.1  -- Flash mobbing is explained – By Webster's New Millennium Dictionary of English, defines flash mob:

“... a group of people who organise on the Internet and then quickly assemble in a public place, do something bizarre, and disperse.”

2.2  -- Flash mobbing explained – By others:

Organising the group of people for bizarre stunts can now be done via diverse means other than the internet, e.g. mobile text messaging, telephone.

Essentially, then, Mobbing involves the use of fear and terror, terrorising the targeted victim to force him to commit suicide. And the adjacent image is yet another subliminal terror inflicted upon Joseph to force him to commit suicide. The terror stricken image of the woman has been taken by an operative of the Australian Federal Police from the terrifying psychopathic movie, "Psycho." It is yet another subliminal suggestion to upset the well-being of Joseph's mind, to instil him with same fear of the terrorised woman.

According to Leymann, and as noted above, 10%-20% of the victims terrorised either contract a serious illness or commit suicide, death. The outcome of a serious illness is also death. These ultimate effects, that ultimately result in the death of the victims, are therefore already known in advance, pre-meditated, and so the Australian Federal Police are knowingly engaging in pre-meditated murder: Extra-Judicial Killings. The Police are assassins in a covert manner, which is how assassins kill.  Heinous satanic killers!

As can obviously be seen now by reading the above Details of Tortures Inflicted On Joseph Costa, Joseph has been subjected to Mobbing and Flash Mobbing by the Australian Federal Police and by their countless agents in Neighbourhood Watch, by people in the community -- oh, so fine and respectable complicit killers and torturers. Neighbourhood Watch is a covert division of the Australian Federal Police.

Joseph became aware only on 15 October 2009, that the Australian Federal Police were trying to force him to commit suicide, that what was being done to him was technically called Mobbing and Flash Mobbing, that he was targeted for murder and torture via those beastly, satanic practices of the low life animals of the Australian Federal Police and of their agents in the community. By analogy, it is like placing Joseph alone and defenceless on the edge of a high cliff, and then releasing and setting lions upon him.

Unbelievably, some clergy and their parishioners are also complicit in human Mobbing, and therefore in attempted pre-meditated murder and tortures; and the evidence is available for this active complicity by them. They are still complicit attempted killers.

All those responsible, without exception, should be prosecuted for attempted pre-meditated murder, tortures, human rights abuses, and crimes against humanity.

It seems as if the Australian Federal Police may have an authorised secret manual on Mobbing, Flash Mobbing, tortures, barbarity, brutality, and inhumanity, that they can inflict on their Victims without leaving evidence. 4. Letter to Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.   On 20 October 2009, Joseph wrote a letter to Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd about Australia sanctioning extra judicial killings, by using human mobbing to inflict fear, terror, and murder via forced "suicides."

5. Letter to the Head of State of Australia, the Governor-General, Her Excellency Ms Quentin Bryce AC.   On 9 November 2009, Joseph wrote a letter to the Head of State of Australia, the Governor-General, Her Excellency Ms Quentin Bryce AC, in order to seek her intervention to stop forced "suicides," extra judicial killings, tortures, human rights abuses, mobbing, and other crimes against humanity, and to supply Joseph with a copy of the secret Court orders made against him and the grounds used, if any, so that he may contest, challenge, and appeal those secret Court orders.
