1(a). Police Persecution, Barbarism, Inhumanity, Tortures... of Joseph Costa, beneficial owner. It is this newspaper's deductive conclusion, that one of the primary objectives of the Australian Federal Police has been to attempt to shut up Joseph Costa, the beneficial owner of this company which owns and publishes the newspaper on this website, inside his own home, with closed windows and doors, by making it very painful to him to venture or step outside, physically, mentally, and financially, especially with his personal, religious, and business interactions. If the Australian Federal Police were to succeed in achieving this wickedness by their relentless inflicting extreme pain, barbarity, inhumanity, brutality, and tortures on him, then they would be able to go to the Mental Health Tribunal without his presence, without his defence, without his knowledge, in secret, and then allege falsely, pervertedly criminally, that he had shut himself up of his own accord in his own home, from the rest of the world, and therefore allegedly had a mental illness.
So far, the Australian Federal Police have not yet succeed with their ongoing wickedness, thanks to Jesus, as he has so far been able to tolerate all the diverse pain, suffering, tortures, barbarity, and other inhumanity they have inflicted on him.
In that way, if they were to succeed with their wicked aims, then the Australian Federal Police, or their operatives, would then strip him of all his rights, take direct legal control over him, his company, and then shut down or censor this online newspaper, which seems to have had a worldwide circulation of about 38 million during 2008 and growing, and obviously has had influence, and which has evidently upset someone with mighty powers to corrupt and pervert the course of justice, to commit crimes against humanity with impunity.
Neither the Australian Federal Police, nor the secret Court in Canberra which is a Star Chamber, want to give Joseph Costa a copy of the Court papers, and of the grounds used (if any), in order to enable him to challenge the secret Court orders which have authorised the Police tortures, barbarity, brutality, and inhumanity against him. But it's even worse, as they have expressly denied that the secret Court orders exist, thereby thwarting his being able to challenge them in a fair and open Court, if such a Court can now exist for these issues.
It is suspected that the main reason for wanting to destroy Joseph Costa, is that this newspaper publishes traditional Catholic Christian articles, which the Australian Federal Police do not want, their not wanting without the approval of the Australian people, and without the approval of the Australian Federal Parliament. The Australian Federal Police have no express authority from the people to remove Christianity from Australia, but they are doing so by covert brute force. They have already done so by removing many Christian symbols from many public places and agencies.
It seems that the Australian Federal Police have taken it solely upon themselves to make Australia a non-Christian country, a country without God. They can hardly admit this sacrilege to the Australian people, who are mostly majority Christian and who would be outraged if they knew. Many know but cannot do anything about it, as both major political parties may have given their tacit approval to the sacrilege and barbarity.
But without the prior express approval of the Australian Federal Labor Government, the Australian Federal Police would not have attempted to destroy Joseph Costa, the beneficial owner of this newspaper, and to attempt to shut down or censor this online newspaper. What may happen in future is that Joseph Costa would be destroyed, removed altogether from this newspaper, and then new 'government-line' writers called in to fool the public that nothing had changed. Nearly all communications to and from this newspaper, and to and from Joseph, are being intercepted or stopped or censured by the Police.
In summary, they want to hurt the newspaper by hurting Joseph - physically, mentally, and financially.

1. Human Rights Abuses... in Australia. Believe it or not, human rights abuses in Australia, including such things as quasi secret trials, are rampant. Rampant.
There is even a secret Star Chamber in Canberra. Of course, the object of a Star Chamber is to convict innocent people with a bogus "legal" process - much like dressing up a wolf in sheep's clothing and then releasing the wolf among the sheep, concurrently saying that the wolf is a sheep.
The latest in the series of human rights abuses in Australia is, what is known as, an "interim control order."
An "interim control order" against a person, the hapless Victim, can be made in his absence without his defence in a Court, in secret, like a secret trial, on application by the Australian Federal Police under the provisions of division 104 of the Criminal Code Act 1995, which is against international law, and I quote:
"An interim control order can be made in the absence of the person who is the subject of the order to prevent tipping off."
Note carefully: "... in the absence of the person... " Which means a secret trial in his absence, without his defence. Lawyers give the misleading, fancy Latin "ex-parte" glitz to them. "Ex-parte" in English means without the other part (person).
The above "interim control order" gives unprecedented and unbridled near absolute power to the Australian Federal Police, to deny or thwart or frustrate the person, the Victim, his legal, civil, and political rights, and even to impersonate the people or organisations he may deal with. And the Police or their operatives or their police informers or spies can trick or misrepresent issues or pass off things that are not true, all resulting in Police harassment and intimidation, a Police State like once Nazi Germany.
"interim" is also misleading because such court orders last for 12 months, and can be rolled into further 12 monthly periods, indefinitely, successively.
The hapless Victim gets to be almost completely isolated, placed in a state of constructive imprisonment under constructive solitary confinement. And he is also subjected to psychological taunts and torture. All his communications get intercepted and diverted to the Police to do as they please, to pervert them.
All done in secret, a person, the Victim, can therefore be accused, prosecuted, judged, convicted, and punished, in his absence, all without him knowing why, and deprived of all his rights, even being denied to know about the actual judicial order itself. No natural justice or judicial process is allowed. And he is treated like a criminal and an outcast. All this without affording the Victim the right to defend himself. The aim is to destroy the Victim, making it appear to be an accident or as a result of a medical illness.
Yes, people, this is Australia today, that decent ordinary Australians do not know about, that people will probably not believe. The Australian Federal Police, the new Nazi Gestapo, have been allowed to become the judge of its own causes, in secret, with absolute power, without any restraints or accountability.
All this is unmitigated human rights abuses, legalised criminality, and blatantly breach and mutilate Australia's UN Treaty obligations, which Australia has ratified to uphold but does not do so, as the foregoing enacted legislation provides the evidence. There is also other evidence not mentioned here.
And the designated authorities will not disclose that an "interim control order" has been made, even when expressly requested to do so under freedom of information legislation, in order to covertly prevent the allegations from being contested in a open and fair Court, if such a Court could exist in consequence.
But if they answer, they will talk in terms that you have a mental illness or suffering from delusions or hallucinations or similar, in order to thwart and enrage you. Deception and lying are rampant. Liars.
Or they may talk about another category of judicial orders called, a "control order," for which a hearing can be held. So a person, the Victim, will ask for one thing, and then get an answer on something else altogether different, much like asking for apples and getting a reply on oranges. The confusion in the two near similar terms seems to have been done deliberately.
Even most pagan and barbarous civilisations in the past allowed a person to defend himself and to contest allegations made against him. But not so in Australia, not in today's Australia with its new Nazi Gestapo.

And the Australian Prime Minister in August 2008 went to China to lecture the Chinese about human rights abuses, while Australia reeks of them. And prior to that, a number of university academics went to Indonesia to lecture the Indonesians to abide by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, while Australia routinely abused them. Hypocrisy in the ruling classes is alive and well in Australia, while the decent ordinary people of Australia do not suspect nor do they not know of such hypocrisy.

2. Spying In Australia... on the countless enemies of the former Republican Bush Administration ?? According to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), US authorities once controlled by the former Republican Bush Administration, had on their list over 1,000,000 names of people who were suspected of being terrorists. Many law abiding US Democrats were probably on that list. Maybe anyone was called a terrorist who did not like the former Republican Bush Administration, a skull and bones organisation that was responsible for the deaths and injury and destitution of hundreds of thousands of innocent people.
I cannot but suspect that many of those names may have been people not personally liked by the former Republican Bush Administration, especially commercial competitors who may have been in the process of being exploited via the US Echelon Worldwide Surveillance System, a spying system.
Echelon tracks telephone conversations, facsimiles, emails, mobile phone conversations, and most things that involve electronic transmissions. The Europeans are also building their own version of Echelon.
Anyone who wrote or said anything against the former Republican Bush Administration was probably placed on that list, and persecuted. And this would constitute the persecution of the innocents.
What I would like to know, is whether overseas spying organisations, such as Australia's ASIO and the Australian Federal Police, covertly did the partisan political bidding of the former Republican Bush Administration via the latter's CIA, pursuant to reciprocal collaboration arrangements.
If so, this would have constituted human rights abuses, oppression, something that Saddam Hussein once did in Iraq but now increasingly emulated in the United States and exported to other countries such as Australia to do likewise.
It is my suspicion that spying organisations may already have secretly employed countless of their local operatives to spy and report on their own local neighbours, as police operatives or informers, much as they did in the former Communist countries and in Nazi Germany under Adolph Hitler. I think that these local operatives may slowly be evolving into a subculture, to stalk and tyrannise their own innocent citizens, and this is already happening. These people will probably be the future criminals, with criminality skills taught by the Police.

Your next door neighbour or the person near you -- he might just be spying on you, supplying information and video clips to spying organisations or to the Police to create databases, so be careful.
And his mobile video telephone, which can also be utilised as a recording video, might just be pointing at you secretly, either slightly slanted towards you or via the more advanced type having the recording window on the back of the handset pointing at you. Another trick of theirs is to leave their mobile telephone switched on, hidden in their pocket or handbag or brief case, thereby secretly recording your oral discussions without your becoming aware of the secret recording.
I ask again -- does anyone like a loathsome spy ?? Or a police informer ??
They are blatantly invading privacy, and infringing civil and political liberties and the right to live in peace. They are in breach of international law, as they are a signatory to the governing UN Treaty, any breach of which unequivocally constitutes human rights abuses. Because their tactics have now been exposed, "they" will no doubt modify them.
Spying agencies are obliged to obey international law, and any secret judicial orders to tap or to secretly record or intercept telephone and other communications constitute a breach of international law -- being human rights abuses -- in outrageous breach and mutilation of Article 14(1) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights which, among other things, states that:
"... in a suit at law, everyone shall be entitled to a fair and public hearing by a competent, independent and impartial tribunal established by law..."
A secret Order does not constitute "... a fair and public hearing..."
A secret Order is also a mutilation of Natural Justice.
A secret Order is also a mutilation of the due process of the law.

3. Using Mental Ruses... to seize people and their property. During the Cold War, one read how some government agencies in some communist countries used contrived mental allegations or ruses in order to seize people and their property.
Well, in Australia, that technique has been refined, perfected.
The way the system works in Australia, is that some government agencies procure some sort of secret judicial Order which frames the person, the hapless Victim, that he has some sort of mental illness and that he will not take the medicine and has to be helped, a ruse which completely disables any suspicions in the people in the eateries where the hapless Victim regularly eats or procures his groceries.
Therefore, in the eateries' putting secret psychotic or disabling medicine into the hapless Victim's food, they probably think that they are doing him a favour, but instead they are slowly poisoning him. And there are government people standing close by, ready to call an ambulance and to cart him off to the nearest hospital upon his slightest fall, and there ruin him completely and seize his property, under the pretence of treating him.

It is satanic, and the ruse is known and approved by some Australian politicians at the highest level. The rest, the majority, do not know. Or maybe they don't want to know.

4. Australian Senate... conceals repeated acts of illegality. In 2005, a submission was made to a Committee of the Australian Senate, under Parliamentary privilege, in relation to repeated acts of illegality in Canberra, that involved many issues including human rights abuses and the deaths of elderly people.
The Committee decided to do a cover up job, a cover up which allegedly could be a serious criminal offence.
Allegedly, the Australian Senate may be waiting for the period of statutory time for prosecutions to expire, for the statute of limitations to come into force, and then release the submission it has so far covered up, concealed. The culprits responsible for the alleged repeated acts of illegality would then escape prosecution, and laugh at everybody. Pretty nifty, eh?

5. Defrauding The Sick And The Elderly (the "Victims")... in Australia. Circa 1995, a secret regime of guardianship and management of property for the alleged sick and the elderly, the Victims, became widespread and operational throughout Australia.
The regime contained no safeguards to prevent fraud and human rights abuses. Proper recourse to the Courts, for a fair and public hearing, was either forbidden or forbidden indirectly by placing obstacles or fences in the path of such a course.
What has happened in practice, is that the Victims' assets have been sold at below market value. Many of these Victims were seized via the old Communist tactics of alleging mental illness and then seizing the person and his property.
Government agencies have been responsible for the most outrageous human rights abuses, and for the defrauding of the Victims.
In the example letter presented below, one can see how the targeted Victim has been allegedly smeared and dirtied and calumniated, set up with a non-existent mental illness, by a police officer who had no prior knowledge of, nor any relationship with, the Victim, set up by a police officer who had no medical expertise and who had no authority of any kind whatsoever to proffer a medical opinion or diagnosis.
The whole covert object of the exercise by the Police was allegedly to pervert and frustrate and smear and dirty the targeted Victim's actions, to stigmatise the Victim, with the covert ultimate aim of subjecting him to a secret trial in the Mental Health Tribunal where allegedly he would definitely have lost through being set up and framed, through alleged selective false, misleading, or out-of-context "evidence," rather than him getting a proper fair and public hearing in a proper, open, and independent Court.
Pretty vicious, eh? Wicked. And it breaches international law that mandates free and public hearings.

6. Evidence... of Australia's legal obligation to comply with UN Treaties. According to authority provided by a Government Minister in 2005, Australia is legally obligated to comply with its UN Treaties in general, and with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in particular. Australia ratified the UN Treaty in 1980, and so all government agencies must comply, but do not do so. Many blatantly do not do so, with the arrogance that they are above that sort of thing.

7. Police In Australia... block communications to the United Nations Human Rights Council. The Australian Federal Police, gangsters with police badges, the new Nazi Gestapo with unlimited powers, have blocked a number of communications facilities from Australia, in order to block and prevent and thwart complaints about human rights abuses in Australia from reaching the United Nations Human Rights Council, in Geneva, Switzerland.
The communications seem to give the impression of being delivered, but instead they are being intercepted and delivered to the Police. These communications are not reaching their intended destinations, though they are appearing to do so. The Police covertly respond pretending to be addressee, impersonating the addressee. These are Police crimes.

8. Australian Federal Police... corrupting Australian institutions with police informers. With the new terrorism laws being embedded in the federal Criminal Code Act, allowing and legalising criminality, the legislation gives the Australian Federal Police, gangsters with police badges, the new Nazi Gestapo, the powers to do what they like, with the powers of a despot, with the powers of a ruthless tyrant. They can even engage in criminal activity and corrupt people and institutions and businesses, or ruin them.
Police brutality have already begun, but not reported in the mass media because judicial Orders prohibit the media from doing so. This is media censorship at its worst.
What has now happened in practice, is that the Australian Federal Police have planted, in most government institutions and many businesses, their highly paid police informers, who then spy and report on their fellow citizens. The Australian Federal Police currently call these police informers, now wait or it, "Community Relations Agents." I call them demons, satans, who seem to relish their dastardly wicked work, obviously enjoying the easy satanic money they make ruining their fellow citizens.
These police informers, these scumbags, these demons, these satans, can even stand behind the counters and functions of businesses and government agencies and pretend and do and override the legitimate activities of those entities, and can even pervert them and the people who deal with them.
Some of these police informers or agents are also being used as storm troopers, which are akin to Adolph Hitler’s storm troopers or brown shirts, the SA (Sturm Abteilung). These agents of the Australian Federal Police are not yet as vicious and wicked as the once dread SA, but the wicked principle is the same, as they disrupt and ruin targeted Victims.
I have not yet come to the conclusion on whether or not they can even impersonate and pretend to be Catholic priests and judicial officers, but I have my suspicions. But I know for certain that these scumbag police informers, these demons, these satans, have already desecrated at least two Catholic churches and their surrounding parishes, and even changed some Catholic liturgy.

9. Canberra... where forced medical injections are performed. As many people may not know, in Canberra forced medical injections on elderly persons can legally be carried out, in secret, without they or their relatives knowing anything about the forced injections.
In 2000 for example, an Australian Capital Territory government agency, contrary to domestic and international law and human rights, attempted and worked hard to get a secret judicial Order to forcibly inject an elderly woman with a quantity of six (6) months’ medicine, all in one go, into her bloodstream, against her express wishes and against the express wishes of her son.
The Australian Capital Territory government agency had legal expertise, lawyers, many lawyers, but little or no medical expertise. The agency was not a medical practitioner, and so was not qualified to proffer a medical opinion or diagnosis. The agency was obviously in breach of its statutory duties, exceeding them. The Australian Capital Territory Government is well aware of these breaches, and can never say that it never knew about them.
In Canberra, they have fancy sounding names or euphemisms for such forced medical injections or medical experimentation. They call them "Depot Injections," or "Involuntary Treatment Orders."
Involuntary Treatment Orders... Depot Injections... Injections of the whole depot, of the whole warehouse, of the whole factory.
And if a person should die from these secret forced medical injections, nobody would ever know, would they? As they are secret. They would say to the effect that the Victim did respond to medical treatment.
The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights prohibits medical experimentation, and I quote Article 7:
"No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation."

10. Australian Capital Territory Government. The Australian Capital Territory Government in Canberra is well aware of the numerous human rights abuses, deaths, and of the other repeated acts of illegality that have occurred in Canberra. The ACT Government has done a cover up job. The ordinary people in Canberra simply don't know what's going on.
In 2007, the ACT Labor Government appointed an ex-government Labor Minister as a judge with the sole object of removing the Executor of a woman's deceased estate, and to appoint another person with the main purpose of selling the property of the deceased estate below market value to a property developer, and also to stop enquires about the circumstances of the death of the woman and how her moneys were dealt with by another Labor government agency. Fraud and other malfeasance were alleged but forcibly stopped.
The Executor could not be removed because Probate had long been granted on the woman's Will, and the Executor's decisions were legally to be, pursuant to the express terms of the Will, "binding and conclusive" in the event of any disagreement, a term that was designed to prevent litigation from draining the resources of the Estate. Lawyers made heaps of money by repeatedly fuelling the litigation. There were other reasons why the Executor could not be removed. For example, one of the litigants was a justice of the peace, a fact which was repeatedly concealed, being an officer of the Court, and therefore could not commence litigation in that same Court by reason of apprehended bias.
It is not known whether or not there were any concurrent secret judicial Orders made in relation to the former Executor of the woman's deceased Estate, as those Orders may have been secretly applied but never disclosed.
It is suspected that the ACT Labor Party appointed judge, a former Labor minister, was smitten by God with the sword from the hand of Saint Michael the Archangel, and woe upon that judge if, beforehand, he did not repent and ask God for forgiveness.

11. Australian Constitution... suspended by the Australian Federal Police. Under the Australian Constitution, in order for an amendment of its Articles to take place, there has to be a referendum, with the majority of the people and with the majority of the States voting in favour before any such amendment can take place.
However, believe it or not, since August 2007, all this has now changed, allowing the Australian Federal Police, gangsters with police badges, the new Nazi Gestapo, in effect to countermand the Australian Constitution whenever they want to do so, to do whatever they like, in secret, legal or otherwise, to become the accuser, the prosecutor, the judge of its own cause, and the executioner.
In August 2007, in a 5-2 decision in a case [see Thomas v Mowbray [2007] HCA 33 (2 August 2007)], delivered by the High Court of Australia, its ruling in the case also had the effect of allowing the Australian Constitution to be suspended and countermanded by the Australian Federal Police whenever they chose to do so, for any reason whatsoever, simply by invoking division 104 of the federal Criminal Code Act 1995 (as amended), which is where the terrorism laws are embedded, hidden. The High Court has allowed the Australian Federal Police to do this pursuant to the Defence and External affairs powers of the Australian Constitution, in peace time, without any controls or accountability whatsoever, even to be an unbridled and an unrestrained cruel tyrant. And there is evidence that the Australian Federal Police have already been a cruel tyrant and a demon. The Australian Federal Police, as an agency, was unknown in pre-Constitution discussions, and the police agency is not expressly named in the Constitution as such, as an agency.
The Defence and External affairs powers of the Constitution were originally expressly intended for use by the Federal Government during times of war with accountability to the people, and not by the Australian Federal Police in times of peace without accountability.
As a consequence, the Australian Federal Police can enforce a police state whenever they choose to do so, persecuting and torturing anyone at will, without controls, without restraints, without accountability.
For example, the procedure adopted in relation to secret Interim Control Orders seems to be as follows, in the nature of a secret Star Chamber:
The foregoing is also the procedure adopted in relation to the Australian Federal Police gaining secret Orders to tap telephones and other communications devices, except that it's done in another legal jurisdiction.
All done in secret, a person can be accused, prosecuted, judged, convicted, and punished, and given a criminal record, all done in his absence, all without him knowing why, and deprived of all his rights, even being denied to know about the actual judicial order itself. A person is guilty solely if the Australian Federal Police, who are gangsters with police badges, say so.
No natural justice is allowed.
No due process of the law is allowed.
No human rights are allowed.
But persecutions and tortures are allowed.
Clearly, what we are talking about here, is really all about Australia having legalised crimes against humanity and torture. Such barbarism and depravity, that have now infected Australia, stink of hell and have probably exceeded even the stench and expectations of Satan himself.
The following are some of the tortures and inhumanity inflicted by the Australian Federal Police, the scumbag new Nazi Gestapo, upon those victims against whom they have obtained secret Interim Control Orders pursuant to division 104 of the federal Criminal Code Act 1995 (as amended) --
The above list will be updated later, but they clearly constitute crimes against humanity, crimes which are indictable in the International Criminal Court.
Obviously, Satan has many faithful children or allies in the Australian Police Force. In Canberra, two police Commissioners have died, one was allegedly murdered by a person who claims he's innocent and is still in jail; and the other died mysteriously allegedly by suicide.

12. More Secret Tribunal Orders... without due process. In Canberra, in the Australian Capital Territory, pursuant to section 67 of the Guardianship and Management of Property Act 1991 (as amended), a person can easily lose all his human, civil, political, and property rights in secret, without due process, without his knowledge, in his total absence, and I quote section 67 (as at 31 October 2008):
Section 67 --
(1) The tribunal may -
(a) under section 7, appoint the community advocate to be the guardian for a person; or
(b) under section 8, appoint the community advocate or the public trustee to be the manager of a person's property;
without holding an inquiry [i.e. without due process of the law] under part 3 if the tribunal is satisfied that there are special circumstances of urgency that make it proper to do so.
(2) the order of appointment has effect for such period, not exceeding 10 days, as is specified in the order.
As can be seen, in Canberra, an innocent person can easily be framed in his absence, without his knowledge, without the due process of the law, all done in secret. And anything may be done within those 10 days, even doing forced medical injections or medical experimentation on that person, and even selling his property below market value.
The trick is to frame the person with a mental illness, much as they once did in many former communist countries, so as to seize the person and his property.
Of course, the limit of 10 days means absolutely nothing, because as soon as the 10 days expire, an immediate new order for another successive 10 days can easily be made, again without the due process of the law. Such orders, then, can effectively be made for more than 10 days, by rolling them over, and over, and over again. And all this is also facilitated by the fact that the rules of evidence do not apply.
The above orders may or may not be constitutional under Australian law. I doubt they are. But, allegedly, they may possibly constitute crimes against humanity, and therefore all the persons responsible may be liable to indictment under the International Criminal Court, The Hague, Netherlands. I am not aware whether the Australian Federal Police, gangsters with police badges, the scumbag new Nazi Gestapo, may also have intercepted or blocked communications to this International Criminal Court, or whether the police have impersonated responses from the Court to complainants.

13. New Nazi Gestapo... Australian Federal Police - also engaged in torture ?? The adjacent image is a short photo of the entrance of one facility where the Police inflict their psychological and psychiatric torture upon their Victims. In order to exude legitimacy, this particular torture facility is located in the outer grounds of a seemingly respected hospital, but nearly all hidden within trees, at the time the photo was taken.
The notice on the entrance doors reads, "Police and ambulance entrance only..." But contrary to what the notice says, those doors are truly the main entrance to the torture facility, and there is no other "main entrance."
Because this website is being continuously monitored by the Police, this particular torture facility will no doubt be changed quickly and re-located to another secret site, to continue the crimes against humanity, much like the notorious concentration camps were concealed by the Nazis under Adolph Hitler. Just as Hitler had secret informers and collaborators in the community, so also do the Police.
As published elsewhere, the Australian Federal Police now have absolute powers, arising from a majority 5-2 decision in the High Court in August 2007 to allow them, indirectly, to countermand the Australian Constitution, to do whatever they like, in secret, legal or otherwise, to become the accuser, the prosecutor, the judge of its own cause, and the executioner. The Police can do this at any time, simply by invoking terrorism laws, and they can use, and have used, those laws for political and other non terrorist purposes. Those laws are embedded in the federal Criminal Code Act 1995 (as amended), which is hard to get.
The Police can now even engage in persecutions, in torture and torments, something they can hardly admit, can they? As the world community would not allow them, if it knew.
But such barbarism, such persecutions and tortures are being done in secret, concealed from the decent Australian people, and they are not like the old fashioned way of inflicting overt bodily pains and sufferings and marks and lashings on a person, like the old Nazi Gestapo did. The Police, the New Australian Nazi Gestapo, the heinous satanic monsters, use psychological and psychiatric torture, torturing and tormenting the mind of a person, a torture which leaves no physical external evidence on the body of the Victim. Such tortures and torments would leave, inside the head of the Victim, only hidden mental wounds, scars, which Police psychologists and psychiatrists would be able to argue against, to deny and to lie and to deceive and to confuse by issuing mountains of paper and references and reasons to the contrary, so as to confuse any independent adjudicator investigating Police brutality and Police crimes. They would cover and bury the truth with mounds of rubbish allegations, a covert perversion of justice.
Australia has now entered a new era of cruelty, inhumanity, and wickedness, especially so as the Australian Federal Police can now use the absolute Defence and External affairs powers of the Australian Constitution in peace time, without accountability. Those powers were expressly meant for an accountable responsible elected Australian Government during times of war, and not for an unaccountable irresponsible unelected brutal Police during times of peace, not for gangsters with police badges.

14. Australian Human Rights Organisations... if you are guilty, they are interested. It's a curious state of affairs in Australia, which has quite a number of human rights organisations which trumpet their own praises of righteousness, goodness, and virtues throughout the world. And in their dreams.
The modus operandi of these organisations is this: If a person is guilty, then they are interested in helping him, because they would make him innocent and would get quite a lot of publicity on how skilful they are, of turning black into white, which would enhance their careers and their business prospects.
But if he is innocent, then they will tell him that they have no money to help him. When they come across real human rights abuses and crimes against humanity, they run for cover, runners running like running rabbits. They are not interested in truth and justice.
Here in Australia it's a cover up job, with the mentality of "I'm okay, Jack." We have a secret Star Chamber in Canberra, secret trials in absentia, a secret register of secret Court orders, other Orders made without due process of the law and against natural justice, blatant violations of UN Treaties, covert prohibitions of legal representation in certain instances, people self representing not allowed to win; and yet, these so called righteous human rights organisations do nothing, say nothing, not even raise one word in protest. And there's also the deafening silence about what really goes on in Guardianship and Mental Health tribunals that were instituted around Australia circa 1995. In at least one of those tribunals one can get stripped of all human rights, property, get calumniated, defamed with ease with impunity. Things were not like these before.

15. Australian Storm Troopers... "Community Relations Agents." The Australian Federal Police have a gang of thugs, which are euphemistically, dishonestly, called, "Community Relations Agents."
Nazi Germany's Adolph Hitler too once had a gang of thugs, which were correctly, honestly, called, "storm troopers" or brown shirts, the SA (Sturm Abteilung). China, under Chairman Mao, also had his storm troopers, which he called the Red Guards.
The above information is fact, except that the thugs of the Australian Federal Police are not yet as vicious and cruel and violent as the once dreaded SA.
The difference is one of degree, not of substance, as the wicked principle is the same, which is to destroy or hurt innocent people, physically, mentally, and financially.
Hitler went on to start World War II, and build extermination or concentration camps. Countless millions died, hurt, or made destitute.

16. Star Chamber... in secret, in Canberra. There is a secret Star Chamber in Canberra. Of course, the object of the Star Chamber is to convict innocent people with a bogus "legal" process.

17. Police Planting Evidence... Australian justice today. The Federal and State Governments, nearly all Labor governments out of touch with the ordinary people, have now legislation in place that will, in effect, allow the law enforcement agencies, gangsters with police badges, to plant and fabricate evidence in the homes of the Victims they choose to take out. The police can now go in secret into people's homes, and use whatever evidence they may find, which means they can also find evidence actually planted by them.
In essence, by allegory, what we are now in the process of getting, is having the police patrolling the streets to keep away burglars, with the field thereby vacated for the police themselves then going in and burglar the houses, unimpeded, with impunity. Pretty sickening stuff, this, eh?
The politicians have enacted new laws, legalising human rights abuses, against the interests of the people, betraying the people.
Failures in integrity in the law enforcement agencies are being covered up by instituting more draconian laws against the people. And of course, there's a precedent for this. Do you know who emperor Nero was? When things got tough for, or went against, Nero, a once notorious Emperor of ancient Rome, he addressed the situation by butchering the ordinary people, taking their lives. Governments these days enact more draconian laws that take away the rights of the people.
God's Commandment still stands: "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour."
18. Devils In Australia... the hidden police army of "Community Relations Agents." Unknown to most decent living Australians, the ordinary people, the Australian Federal Police have on their books to do their evil bidding, a secret army of countless thousands of secret civilian agents covertly embedded in the community, a secret army of heinous scumbags, hyenas who are called, "Community Relations Agents." They are the horde of the Antichrist. They have now turned Australia into a nation of dobbers, neighbours dobbing in neighbours to the Australian Federal Police, gangsters with police badges.
These secret agents, these police spies and collaborators, are the hidden devils in Australia, destroying the good character and name of the country, obeying the orders of the corrupt and criminally tainted Australian Federal Police above everything else.
These secret agents are loathsome devils, who dupe themselves thinking that they are angels.
