Abortion... the hidden killing field.   When does human life begin? At conception, of course. Any human intervention terminating such a conception is, therefore, just as much homicide when carried out in the womb as when carried outside it. God's Commandment still stands:  "Thou shalt not kill."  The Commandment is clear and unequivocal. Abortion involves killing a baby. It is infanticide. It is murder.

So said the Lord:  "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you..."   (Jer.1.5).   And so said Solomon:  "Lo, sons are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward."   [Ps.127(126).3].

Many abortions are performed daily throughout the world, and these are countless, believed to be in the order of about 50 million per year. For example, in Australia, about 100,000 known abortions are carried out each year, all paid for by the public health system, i.e. by all taxpayers whether they like it or not. No regard or thought is ever given to the rights of the defenceless individual growing inside the woman.

A woman does NOT have the right to choose whether or not the baby she conceived in her womb should live or die. She must reciprocate the rights she received when she, herself, was a baby in her own mother's womb. An unborn defenceless and innocent child has human rights. It has the right to live, and the right to be cared for, equally as much as the person who came before it, its mother.

If a mother does not want her baby, her own flesh and blood she conceived in her womb, then let the baby be born and be given to someone else, to live on. There are countless thousands of couples who would dearly love to adopt and nurture such a child, to love and care for it as their very loving own. 

What if  you  had been aborted ??

Bribes... prohibited by God.   At Mount Sinai, after having brought Israel there from bondage in Egypt, Moses received many laws from God, including the following:    "And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the officials, and subverts the cause of those who are in the right."   (Ex.23.8).

Creation... not evolution.   The truth, about how the universe came into being, how it was made, is pretty clear and unequivocal. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."   (Gen.1.1). 

"... from the greatness and beauty of created things comes a corresponding perception of their Creator."    (Wis.13.5).

Here are some other quotes --

"  'Who has made man's mouth? Who makes him dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord?'   "      (Ex.4.11)

"  '... in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed'   "      (Ex.32.17)

" By the Word of the Lord the heavens were made,
     and all their host by the Breath of His Mouth. "      (Ps.33[32].6).

"Have we not all one Father? Has not one God created us?"      (Mal.2.10)

" ,,, O Lord, Lord God, Creator of all things... "      (2 Mac.1.24)

"It was through Him that all things came into being, and without Him came nothing that has come to be."      (John 1.3).

So the claim about evolution is arrant nonsense.

Those who have subscribed to the nonsense about evolution have never been able to demonstrate their theory in a laboratory setting. They have talked much, yet proven little or nothing.   Nothing.

Divorce... and remarriage.  In the Holy Gospel according to Mark, Jesus Christ said:  "... If a man puts away his wife and marries another, he behaves adulterously towards her, and if a woman puts away her husband and marries another, she is an adulteress."   (Mk.10.11-12).

"For I hate divorce, says the Lord the God of Israel, and covering one's garments with violence, says the Lord of hosts. So take heed to yourselves and do not be faithless."   (Mal.2.16).

Euthanasia... man killing man.   Euthanasia involves the taking of life determined by man's action, ushering in a culture of death. But God's Commandment still stands:  "Thou shalt not kill."  The Commandment is clear and unequivocal. Euthanasia is therefore either murder or suicide, depending on who initiated the action to terminate life.

Fashions... many bad and offensive.    With today's fashions increasingly blurring the distinction between man's and woman's attire, it would seem opportune to remind what's good or bad or offensive, and I quote:

"A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman's garment, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God."   (Deut.22.5).

Obviously, mankind was distinctively created to be either male or female, and not anything else.

"...  male and female He created them. "   (Gen.1.27-28).

In 1917, Our Lady of Fatima said:

"Certain fashions will be introduced that will offend Our Lord very much."

Many fashions today are immodest and sexually provocative, that covertly incite people to lust, to commit sins of impurity.

Godless World... the reason for the lack of world peace.    The world these days cannot attain peace because it ignores spiritual values. It does not fight against them, it simply ignores them. These were the private revelations of the Virgin of Kibeho, the Blessed Mother of Jesus Christ, when She appeared to three young ladies just before the racial killings in Rwanda transpired, whose horrors She prophesied to them.

Homosexuality... the reality.   At Mount Sinai, after having brought Israel there from bondage in Egypt, Moses received many laws from God, including the following:    "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination;"   (Lev.19.18), and:    "If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination;"   (Lev.20.11).

Human Cloning... is a rebellion against God's plans ?   Human cloning involves altering the normal course of nature determined by God, and substituting man's. Surely this would constitute a rebellion, a challenge to God's authority and plans, of servants countermanding their Master and Creator, telling Him that His Determinations and Creations are to be altered by them to suit themselves, not Him.

A number of countries have now legalised human cloning. The horrors of such cloning will no doubt manifest themselves as we move along in time.

" Woe to those who decree iniquitous decrees, and the writers who keep writing oppression... "      (Isaiah 10.1).

Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research... is infanticide.   Such research and medical experimentation constitutes infanticide. God's Commandment still stands:  "Thou shalt not kill."  The Commandment is clear and unequivocal. Infanticide is murder. It is evil, disgusting, and monstrous beyond measure. It should be outlawed forever.

A human embryo is a child, a human being created by God, not a thing or plaything for whacko medicos to play around with, to deal with the child as they please, just because it is completely helpless in its infancy and cannot defend itself nor speak. Absolutely nothing whatsoever can justify the killing of these children, nothing, not even spectacular medical breakthroughs.

In essence, human embryonic stem cell research constitutes sacrificing children in order to satisfy and worship the god of medicine. I hardly think that our true God would be pleased with the depravity of worshiping a false god, or of sacrificing children to a false god. Such depravity is not much different from what occurred in ancient times when kingdoms were dispossessed, as punishment, because of their wickedness:  "... for they even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods."   (Deut.12.31).

Marriage... the natural union.   "A marriage is the union between a man and a woman to the exclusion of all others, voluntarily entered into for life." This contemporary definition of a marriage, as outlined in a proposed law, is good and wholesome, and it has been around since time immemorial.

One reads in the Bible: "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. And God blessed them, and God said to them,  ' Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it... ' "   (Gen.1.27-28).  "Therefore a man leaves his father and his mother and cleaves to his wife, and they become one flesh."   (Gen.2.24).

"... God, from the first days of creation, made them man and woman. A man, therefore, will leave his father and mother and will cling to his wife, and the two will become one flesh. Why then, since they are no longer two but one flesh, what God has joined, let not man put asunder. "   (Mk.10.6-8).

A marriage cannot, and must NOT be defined and legislated as being a union between two adults, as this definition would allow and sanction same sex marriages. A marriage should NOT include same-sex unions under any circumstances, whether or not they be contracted at home or abroad. And nor should such putative same sex unions, however defined, be allowed to adopt or have children under any circumstances whatsoever, either at home or abroad.

The normal and natural marriage between a man and a woman has always formed the fundamental basis of every civilisation, throughout history. Those cultures that broke this marriage union protocol in due course came to grief and perished, as in the spectacular cases of Sodom and Gomorrah.

At Mount Sinai, after having brought Israel there from bondage in Egypt, Moses received many laws from God, including the following:  "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination;"   (Lev.19.18), and:  "If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination;"   (Lev.20.11).  The same abomination obviously applies to female-female sex.

A union between two same sex adults is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord, in the eyes of the vast and overwhelming majority of ordinary Australians, and in the eyes of the vast and overwhelming majority of civilised men and women around the world.

At last count, Belgium, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and many states in the United States have already approved homosexual marriages, and all these are therefore well on the way, on the wicked road trodden previously by Sodom and Gomorrah. Many other countries are also considering going the same way, to perdition.

Over Development... the winners must compensate the losers.   Municipal Councils should adhere to the principles of social justice, whereby the winners of any over development should compensate the losers of such development without the losers having to take legal action in order to seek compensation.

Two Commandments of God could be involved here that may apply, namely, "Thou shalt not steal," and, "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's goods."  Also applicable could be Confucius' advice: "Do not impose on others what you yourself do not desire," and Jesus Christ's Divine Words: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." 

"For I the Lord love justice, I hate robbery and wrong... "      (Isaiah 61.8).

Paedophilia... today and previously.   It's all been, and is still, the case of people, in high places, protecting other people, in high places.

But who's protecting the innocent defenceless children?

Paedophilia is not just criminal conduct, it is also a repulsive, perverted, and unnatural act forced on vulnerable children who are too small and too weak to repel their rapists.

Paedophiles are predators, monsters who seek easy prey.

In the Holy Gospel according to Matthew, Jesus Christ said:   "And if anyone hurts the conscience of one of these little ones, that believe in me, he had better have been drowned in the depths of the sea, with a millstone hung about his neck. Woe to the world, for the hurt done to consciences!"    (Matt.18.6-7).

 "Whoever does wrong will be requited for the wrong done; there are no human preferences with God."    (Col.3.25).

" ... but godliness is an abomination to a sinner. "      (Sir.1.25).

Payola... the corrosive influence in society.   A bribe can take a variety of forms. These can embrace not just taking money, but also payola, which includes such things as being wined and dined at expensive restaurants, free travel and accommodation, access to friendships and social engagements, favourable business arrangements, being paid to give speeches, buying up autobiographies, workplace privileges and advancement, sexual favours, and so on.

Payola is unobtrusive and hard to detect, much like a secret bribe. But it does go on in society and politics, one way or another, and it is a sinister corrosive influence weakening the fabric of society. The objective of the seducer is to gain favours and privileges not normally procurable by fair or honest means, usually to the detriment of others thereby perverting their cause.  

Perverters Of Justice... are the devils in our midst ?   In the Old Testament, God said:  "You shall not be partial in judgement..."   (Deut.1.17).  "... judge righteously..."   (Deut.1.16). "You shall not pervert justice;  you shall not show partiality... "   (Deut.16.19).  "Justice, and only justice you shall follow... "   (Deut.16.20)..

"Cursed be he who perverts the justice due to the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow."   (Deut.27.19).

"If anyone sins in that he hears a public adjuration to testify and though he is a witness, whether he has seen or come to know the matter, yet does not speak, he shall bear his iniquity."   (Lev.5.1).

Pornography... the road towards Sodom and Gomorrah.   Pornography has a pernicious, corrosive influence on society, degenerating it, leading it towards the abominable ways of Sodom and Gomorrah, to perdition. As a result of pornography, people come to view each other as being mere objects, things of pleasure, leading people to have ever diminishing respect and concern for one another, thereby lessening their human rationality and dignity, and slowly advancing towards the near ways of the animals. A subtle predatory outlook towards one another gradually develops, in most things, with wickedness abounding, spilling over even into child abuse and paedophilia. Such degeneration feeds upon itself and grows, becoming unstoppable, until halted by the inevitable punishment by God, as in times past.

In the Old Testament, God explained why He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah:  "Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is very grave..."    (Gen.18.20). 

"Then the Lord rained on Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven;  and he overthrew those cities, and all the valley, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground."   (Gen.19.24-25). 

"... the punishment of Sodom, which was overthrown in a moment, no hand being laid on it. "   (Lam.4.6).

Society Today... adopting evil values.   Where is society heading today ? Towards degeneration and more evil, that's where.

We have society today avid for abortion, easy divorce, breakdown of families, homosexuality, pornography, promiscuity, and so on, values that Satan and his evil followers would no doubt approve and be proud of.

Society today is becoming more Satanic, narcissistic, and filthy. A cult of Satan seems to be developing and growing. The mass media is aiding and abetting this growth, ever ready to lampoon or ambush or downplay Christian values.

The need for the family is being overtly and covertly eroded, and we even have renegade scientists that are meddling with genetics in order to create designer babies. These scientists are also trying to clone "virgin birth" embryos without a father.   How sick.  How evil.  How repulsive.  How contemptible.

And so, where will all these abominations take us?

The answer is simple.  Ruin.  Perdition.  And to Satan and hell.

One has only to refer to the Bible and read what happened to the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, whose sins were so bad, so appalling, so abominable in the eyes of the Lord our God, that they had to be destroyed, utterly. 

"Now the men of Sodom were wicked, great sinners against the Lord."    (Gen.13.13). 

Society today is on the same ruinous road of perdition previously taken by Sodom and Gomorrah.

Such degeneration feeds upon itself and grows, snowballing, becoming unstoppable, until halted by the inevitable punishment by God, as in times past, as prophesied will also probably happen in the future.

In the Old Testament, God explained why He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah:  "Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is very grave..."    (Gen.18.20). 

"Then the Lord rained on Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven;  and he overthrew those cities, and all the valley, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground."   (Gen.19.24-25). 

"... the punishment of Sodom, which was overthrown in a moment, no hand being laid on it. "   (Lam.4.6).

"God did not spare the angels who fell into sin; he thrust them down to hell, chained them there in the abyss, to await their sentence in torment. Nor did he spare the world he had first made; he brought a flood on that world of wickedness, preserving Noah, who had borne witness to holiness, and only seven others with him. The cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, too, he punished with utter ruin, turning them into ashes, for an example to the godless of a later time. "     (II Peter 2.4-6)

" ... Return to the Lord, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love, and repents of evil. "      (Joel 2.13).

Television, Videos, And Films... mostly pagan and anti-Christ ?   Television, videos, and films are out of control with rampant indecency, pornography, and extreme violence. In more recent times, the internet has also joined the fray. Shame now seems to have been completely eliminated as a moderating influence on television, videos, and films, and this also seems to be happening in society and politics. People just don't seem to care anymore whether or not their private or public actions may be wrong, cause scandal, or pervert justice. In the Holy Gospel according to Matthew, Jesus Christ said:   "Woe to the world, for the hurt done to consciences!"    (Matt.18.6-7).

Television, videos, and films, and now the internet, propelled along by a small vocal minority, are portraying a lot of sinful, inappropriate, and deviant conduct as being acceptable and legitimate when clearly not so. Such indecency seems to be growing, not diminishing. Maybe those responsible should pause a moment and reflect on what happened to Sodom and Gomorrah because of their wickedness.

"Then the Lord rained on Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven;  and he overthrew those cities, and all the valley, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground."   (Gen.19.24-25). 

Terrorism... the evil and fear of our times.   " ... the time is coming when anyone who puts you to death will claim that he is performing an act of worship to God; such things they will do to you, because they have no knowledge of the Father, or of Me. "   (John 16.2-3).

How may times, in these times, do we hear of people killing themselves and other people, and claiming to do so as an act of worship to God.

There have been too many suicide bombers and terrorists who have engaged in wanton death and destruction and mayhem.

But God's Commandment still stands:  "Thou shalt not kill."
